As of June 24th 2019, OMIC Bangkok received its new ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accreditation Certificate with scope expanded to include microbiological and chemical analyses of food, animal fees, water and other various food products. As a result, accreditation items have significantly increased to 429 items.
The scope of newly acquired accreditation is shown in the following table.

The certificate of accreditation has been awarded by the Bureau of Laboratory Quality Standards (DMSc), Ministry of Public Health, certifying that the OMIC Bangkok laboratory has been assessed by DMSc and meets the requirements of international standard ISO/IEC 17025 while demonstrating technical competence in the field of testing.
