The Bangkok laboratory has been established since 1954 as the first overseas branch of Overseas Merchandise Inspection Co., Ltd. (OMIC) headquartered in TOKYO, JAPAN.
As a leading of Laboratory service in Thailand and Foreign Official Laboratory recognized by the Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (MHLW) of Japan, The Bangkok Laboratory has many customers such as importers, exporters, food manufacturing, food trading company etc.
OMIC Laboratory focuses particularly on the analysis of Thailand’s major agricultural products, such as rice, tapioca, sugar, molasses and processed foods as well as the food safety & quality analysis of agrochemical residues, heavy metals, microorganisms, GMOs and the food composition.
It also focuses on the analysis of veterinary medication residues in foods, meat products and marine products.
